The check in was a bad experience, The room was dirty had broken lamp shades people trash from prior visits under the couch and bed just all around bad experience very unhappy with my stay will not be staying there again

The staff deserves 5 stars! Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and efficient. When my room wasn’t ready at check-in time, they graciously and enthusiastically upgraded me to an available room. Throughout my stay, the service remained exceptional — the team here truly goes above and beyond.
That said, the property itself is in need of some TLC, particularly when it comes to cleanliness. While I understand it’s an older property, the maintenance and cleaning standards could use improvement. There was a terrible odor in one half of the building that was so strong I had to hold my breath walking through it, which was concerning. My room smelled heavily perfumed, seemingly to mask another odor — though I did get used to it after a while.
The breakfast was simple but good — limited variety, yet what was offered tasted great.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay again mainly because of the smell, but I can’t emphasize enough how outstanding the staff were. Their kindness and professionalism truly made an impression.
