I don’t usually write reviews but for a Marriott I expected a bit better conditions. The service at check in and out was unfriendly. The parking lot and grounds had garbage on the ground with overflowing garbage bins. The window in our room was so old and fogged you could barely see through it. The beds were both sinking/lumpy and the noise from people walking on the floor above was like being in a very old, wood floored home. There was a party going on next to us one night, with visitors knocking on our door looking for it at 1:45am. While I realize the hotel can’t prevent some of this, the property owner could clean it up and the manager could make sure staff is actually cleaning. Just disappointed as we typical assume a Marriott is going to be in descent condition.

Very large clean room close to the airport. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again...except I would book an earlier shuttle to the airport than they recommend. The driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up at 5am and in zero hurry. Very frustrating and we barely made the flight.

They were doing construction on building and that was something not mentioned in the welcoming message from hotel. There were cleanliness issues we encountered as well.

The shops were near by the room was clean but needed an upgrade ac was noisy found a few spiders in the bathroom the bed was ok the staff was nice had to pay to park in the lot

Yes but at unreasonable pet fees. Normally $15 to $25 at other hotels we’ve stayed at.

有史以来最让人沮丧的入住体验!!!我们预订了三晚。第一天,房间预订出了问题,我不得不重新预订,尽管我们之前被告知一切都已安排妥当。然而,不知何故预订没有成功。所以,在又付了50美元重新预订了一晚的房间后,我们的房卡却打不开门,我们只好在雨中等待有人来帮忙开门,结果也没人来。拿到一套新房卡后,我们进了房间,发现里面竟然没有一个垃圾桶。我们打电话给前台,要求送一个,但那个服务员表现得好像不知道该怎么办一样……最后有人给了我们一个垃圾袋,我们把它挂在了抽屉柜上。终于,第二天我们被允许住进接下来两天的房间,这个房间我是成功预订了的,结果却发现,这个房间一直空着,而且就在我们之前多花了50美元住的那间房的斜对面,真是无语了。搬进新房间后,冰箱又坏了,我们根本喝不到冰凉的饮料。我再也不会住在这里了。我简直不敢相信这是一家万豪酒店。我们经常入住费尔菲尔德万豪酒店,而且很喜欢那里,但这次需要的日期没能订到房间。再说一次,这个地方太糟糕了。这可是一个每周都住酒店的人说出来的。
