3rd shift employee was wonderful at check-in. Lovely. Welcoming. Knowledgeable.
Totally different story with the 1st shift employee during check-out. She was rude and humiliating. I checked in late so I wasn't able to sleep much. I had to wait for a ride. I dozed off in the lobby area in a chair. The employee woke me up by yelling at me like I was a child. She said, "This is a hotel, not a place for you to sleep." I found her remark rather humorous. She then told me I had to leave the property immediately. It was snowing heavily. I had to leave on foot while carrying my luggage. It was uncalled for, and it was dangerous. It was a terrible experience. I'll never stay at that property again.

The room was spotless, very clean hotel, very nice people for the front desk, I would most definitely recommend this place to other people very very clean hotel and very very nice working there willing to help when I need it I really like the bar in the front .. thank you for a nice stay

Hotel was private with a pool and fitness area. Room was clean and staff were helpful. Hotel is a 10 minute drive to a lot of different restaurants and actvities.

Toilet didn't work properly as handle was broken and toilet failed to shut off till I personally adjusted it. Otherwise all in the room was good. Check in was terrible with only one person handling this. We had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to check in. No one made an effort to jump in and help.

The lady who checked us in did not tell me there was a daily charge for parking she only asked if we were parking a car. She was not friendly. She didn’t tell me what room or explain where the elevator was. The bar tender was very friendly. There was a dirty sock in our room.

有史以来最让人沮丧的入住体验!!!我们预订了三晚。第一天,房间预订出了问题,我不得不重新预订,尽管我们之前被告知一切都已安排妥当。然而,不知何故预订没有成功。所以,在又付了50美元重新预订了一晚的房间后,我们的房卡却打不开门,我们只好在雨中等待有人来帮忙开门,结果也没人来。拿到一套新房卡后,我们进了房间,发现里面竟然没有一个垃圾桶。我们打电话给前台,要求送一个,但那个服务员表现得好像不知道该怎么办一样……最后有人给了我们一个垃圾袋,我们把它挂在了抽屉柜上。终于,第二天我们被允许住进接下来两天的房间,这个房间我是成功预订了的,结果却发现,这个房间一直空着,而且就在我们之前多花了50美元住的那间房的斜对面,真是无语了。搬进新房间后,冰箱又坏了,我们根本喝不到冰凉的饮料。我再也不会住在这里了。我简直不敢相信这是一家万豪酒店。我们经常入住费尔菲尔德万豪酒店,而且很喜欢那里,但这次需要的日期没能订到房间。再说一次,这个地方太糟糕了。这可是一个每周都住酒店的人说出来的。
