Slid to the middle and it was a struggle to keep water off the floor...also appeared this was an issue for awhile. Told the front desk about the issue the first night....but never heard anything else. Pool is in rough condition and the water was murky.

They allow animals in the rooms and my carpeting was totally dirty with stains from pets didn't feel even safe to walk on

I was dissappointed in the room, it had a stale moldy smell.
I was expecting better for the money.
We travel to this area several times a year, we will not stay again.

We came in town for a college visit and spent 2 nights. 1st night our toilet wasnt working and neither was the TV. The staff was very nice, put in a maintenance not for the toilet and got the TV on but it would only show ESPN no other channels. Toilet was fixed the next morning. The cleaning service came in and made the beds but didn't switch any linens or towels. Overall the staff is great, the hotel feels old. Probably will look into other places to stay next time

The pool heater was broken. The breakfast was terrible. They had no milk, no pancakes, limited options. They are recently under new management but this is no excuse. We were in town for a weekend softball tournament so there were multiple families. Shame on the new management for failing their customers.

The property was clean enough. The water did have a distinct odd smell. The breakfast was not very good and they also closed it early, they also did not have breakfast one of the mornings. The pool is freezing.

After paying for my room when I booked it, I was still required to pay an additional $20 on arrival. It would have been nice to have this information ahead of time. However the front desk staff was excellent.

房间味道难闻，让我作呕。我凌晨两点就被呛醒了！泳池里有虫子。泳池底部和顶部都有巨大的虫子。我把泳池打扫干净后才让孩子们进去。最糟糕的是房间里的味道！浴室更糟糕！真恶心！
