I was dissappointed in the room, it had a stale moldy smell.
I was expecting better for the money.
We travel to this area several times a year, we will not stay again.

Mediocre
We came in town for a college visit and spent 2 nights. 1st night our toilet wasnt working and neither was the TV. The staff was very nice, put in a maintenance not for the toilet and got the TV on but it would only show ESPN no other channels. Toilet was fixed the next morning. The cleaning service came in and made the beds but didn't switch any linens or towels. Overall the staff is great, the hotel feels old. Probably will look into other places to stay next time

The pool heater was broken. The breakfast was terrible. They had no milk, no pancakes, limited options. They are recently under new management but this is no excuse. We were in town for a weekend softball tournament so there were multiple families. Shame on the new management for failing their customers.

Nice hotel but not up to normal Holiday Inn standards. Needs updating but clean and comfortable.

The property was clean enough. The water did have a distinct odd smell. The breakfast was not very good and they also closed it early, they also did not have breakfast one of the mornings. The pool is freezing.

After paying for my room when I booked it, I was still required to pay an additional $20 on arrival. It would have been nice to have this information ahead of time. However the front desk staff was excellent.

We stay at Holiday Inn Expeess hotels all of the time and they’re usually awesome but this one definitely is not. We checked in to the hotel during after a snowstorm expecting to be able to use the pool that is advertised and lo and behold, it’s closed….no notification to let us know, no money off of our stay, just “I’m sorry”. It’s a very old looking hotel and was definitely not worth the $175/night I had to pay.

房间味道难闻，让我作呕。我凌晨两点就被呛醒了！泳池里有虫子。泳池底部和顶部都有巨大的虫子。我把泳池打扫干净后才让孩子们进去。最糟糕的是房间里的味道！浴室更糟糕！真恶心！
