The air conditioning was unplugged so the room was very hot upon entering, took a minute for it to come on but it eventually did. The breakfast was really nice considering the price and in my opinion one of the better breakfast I’ve had in the area offered through a hotel.

Had a few issues checking in and had to move rooms but once that was settled everything was fine. The elevator's a little slow and rickety but we took the stairs as long as we didn't have our luggage. Breakfast we've been fine but one day it was almost gone an hour before it was supposed to be over , semi raw potatoes ,watered down juices and gravy just barely warm. I did go put in the microwave and it was pretty good. Next day same thing at breakfast. Walls are pretty thin. We were in no hurry so not a big issue for us. Just giving info for lite sleepers . bed was great, next time we'll bring our pillows. They were doing some work around the property and I'm thinking that why no outside seating available. Lucky we went to Walmart And grabbed a couple of camp chairs. I will give the place another shot

Traveled with partner the location is quiet and convenient to all locations in town and to Joplin Missouri. Rooms very clean as were the property grounds, this is our second stay here and will be our go to location

This was an adequate, no-frills hotel at a decent cost. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was satisfactory with eggs, sausage, B&G, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal. Overall, for a business trip, I would stay again.

Staff was great very nice and friendly everyone of them that I seen and spoke with had a great attitude, got checked in nice soft king size bed ,the kids room bunk beds was great space my children loved it. Swimming pool and hot tub with gym was very nice and relaxing. The elevator was under repairs staff pre warned me I’d have to use the stairs which is fine little exercise never hurt anyone. Definitely will stay here again if I come back to town thanks to the very friendly staff don’t get that treatment very often in big cities so the nice southern hospitality was great to see

Was a Holiday Inn

Overall hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower curtain rod was broken which made it hard to keep the curtain closed but was able to take a shower still. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I felt safe staying here. Right off Turnpike 44. Very easy to find.

Went thru two rooms

This hotel used to be a Holidsy Inn, it is updated and looks good on the surface but the first room we got into had a bad smell and the air was very damp and musty. I checked the air conditioners filters and they were clean. So after running the AC for a couple of hours the damp and musty air did not improve. The phone was not plugged into a phone jack and I couldn’t access the wall phone jack to plug it in. A lamp was also not plugged into a USB jack and there was not one available so I couldn’t turn on the lamp either. There were no towels of any size in our bathroom but some left over gold fish crackers and an in opened bottle of Fireball from the previous guests were found on the floor. We changed rooms and it was much better but I couldn’t figure out how to keep the fan on the AC on to run continually. The bed squeaked with the turn of your head so I didn’t sleep much that night. Breakfast was a nice surprise as it was very good!

Hotel was good. Breakfast was good. But the elevator was out and had my 75 year old mom with me who has trouble walking. Had to help her up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times.
