Room was very clean but for the price very plain. Holiday use to have beautiful rooms that were cheaper. TV did not have the sports station we wanted. We wanted to watch ALCS playoffs

Amazing staff, CLEAN hotel, CLEAN rooms, full size long mirrors were a plus in our room! Very nice, would stay here again! Breakfast options were 10/10, and the woman working in the mornings kept everything well stocked and super clean. She was great!

I felt that the floors could have been cleaner in my room as my socks were dirty after walking on the floor in my room. Otherwise all was excellent especially the young lady at check-in.

Family vacation
Spacious two queen rooms . Nice pool and jacuzzi. The elevator was broken but the staff offered to carry my bags to my room . I’ve stayed here many times . Wonderful hotel!

Everything was great the kids enjoyed the pool and our roo. Was great. Only thing was rhe breakfast had long wait for eggs , gravy ,biscuits bacon. Only cold ceral and yougart and muffins. Had about 20 min

10/10 Best customer service I had in years!!
Our home was flooded , we were stressed and looking for a clean , roomy and safe place to stay. Maria & Jocelyn went out of their way for us. Early check in so the kids did not have to wait in the lobby. Delicious breakfast buffet that exceeded our expectations. Super clean rooms. Wonderful heated indoor pool. We had a blast playing in. Joselyn got us a late check out while the cleaners were finishing our house. Shes a doll and we appreciate her hospitality. Had a great stay. See ya soon but hopefully on next vacation next time.
