The desk cleark was perfect. She was efficient and courteous. The room is not as advertized. It was clean however there was no couch nor even a chair other than the desk chair. There's no top sheet only a duvet. The duvet seemed small maybe a queen sized on a king size bed. The pool & hot tub not able to use. They are the reason we rented the room.

I understand that the hotel was under renovation. But when I tell you it was bad, it was bad! Sheetrock residue all over the halls, elevator, and commons area. This made the floors slippery and carpets filthy.

We stay here every year when we go from arizona to texas. We love it, very comfortable, nice size rooms, middle of renovation but still very happy. Staff is always very nice

Good hotel but pool and gym were closed due to renovation and there was construction going on in the hallways too.

The staff was fine the room was in desperate need of attention. The carpets were gross,it was crowded (small), the ac was loud. The food was ok but i was really disappointed that no one bothered to inform us about the construction. The pool was shut down, the weight room was shut down which was a big disappointment. One elevator the 4 button was pushed out and the elevator its self was scary. Didnt feel it was worth hat we paid per night

Yes, everything was perfect especially the customer service. I rented three rooms for a family wedding and everyone was completely satisfied

Hotel is currently going through renovations. Hotel room was old and dingy. Carpet, walls, sheets had stains. Hall way lights were being replaced during our stay. Carpets and wall paper were torn out during our stay. Construction started at 7 am. Wish we had been informed prior to booking
