Hampton Inn is going down hill fast
Horrible room. Bathroom shower/tub had mold all around the sides. The bathroom shelf looked like it came out of an old garage. The bathroom door did not shut properly. The bed squeaked every time it moved. The wall mirror was taped up with blue duct tape. The bathroom faucet was loose. The bath towels were like sandpaper. This room should never have been rented. Needs help

Doable
We were staying in what was to be an accessible king room but had we really needed that it would have been a disaster. Shower soap and shampoo was way to high, sink way to high toilet paper is placed behind you not easy to get at. it was too crowded with furniture to get around. Dogs were barking and getting into fights in the hallway. It was doable for us though

Room apparently not refreshed. Room was missing a hair dryer and was out of Kleenex and regular coffee! Had to go to the front desk to obtain. We also noticed one of the front desk ladies was always on her phone or reading a book and outside a lot.

Do not purchase the booking protection plan from *******. ******* does not stand behind it, nor do they help you with it.

The hotel itself was fine, but we were charged two times for our room. We booked online and paid through *******. Then when we got to the hotel, they needed a credit card for "incidentals". They charged the whole room amount to the card. We tried calling them, but that was no help.

The only complaint I have was the breakfast options. I have celiac disease and most hotels now have plain cheerios (gluten free) as a cereal option. This hotel did not. Hardly anything I could eat there that was gluten free.
