Well I knew that we were going to have a great stay when we walk in the door and was greeted immediately,staff was very nice, and when we walk into our room it looked so clean and cozy, we would definitely stay again

It was so outdated and needs to be redone. The glass in the cabinet doors were about to fall out. The carpet looked disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtain. The staff at the front desk were nice and accommodating. the lady that mopped the floors helped me find my room and help with the luggage cart.

The room smelled like animals was in there and have bugs. I also had a room near main road and it was a lot of noise.

Good overall for value, but not perfect. Not to be nitpicking but there were some construction workers staying at the hotel and they would track in mud which would be vacuumed up in the hallways but not staircases. I stayed for 8 days and stairs were vacuumed once. Another issue was the cleanliness of the utensils and the stovetop. The gym was open 24 hours which was amazing but the temperature was preset and way too warm. I was sweating like crazy just doing non intense workouts. The breakfast was top notch. Avoid first floor as the bugs are clearly visible on the white tiles

Staff was unable to check in until 30 minutes after 4:00 after I requested a non-guaranteed check in for 3:00. It’s understandable to not guarantee early check in, but it’s weird if staff ignores and does not prioritize the single waiting guest. If I were management I would have a better way to manage cleaning so that guests can check in when they request instead of leaving it up to the cleaning crew.

The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishwasher soap, stove, dishes, drinking glasses, coffee cups, pots, utensils, dish washing soap and sponge. The rooms are really clean and quiet. I only heard noise when out in the hall and I'm truly grateful for that because we are loud Giants fans and watched the game in our room. We were loud. clapping and cheering and no complaints!!! I definitely recommend this hotel!
