It may take 3-5 business days for the updated amount to reflect on your bank statement as the original authorization was made for the original stay dates. I hope this information helps. Beautiful grounds, updated hotel, clean, and friendly staff! Stayed here for Taos feast day. The breakfast was delicious! They even had some chopped green chili for the locals. The pool was clean and towels stocked.

Adam at the front desk has been exceptional. Our TV wasn’t working and he came right up and fixed it for us. We have been very pleased!

Severe problems at check in. Our assigned room was already occupied and we were left standing in the hall as they tried to figure out what was going on. Hotel fully booked so just assigning us another room was not an option. Finally figured out that our assigned room should have 221, not 211.

Plumbing failure experience.
Everything was fine with the room & hotel, however the sewage backed up in our room early morning on the day of departure. Manager comp’d the room since we didn’t get to shower before checkout!

所有电梯都坏了，我的腿也受伤了。上二楼很费劲。一楼的床单脏兮兮的，还有污渍和头发。所以换了个新房间。床单上也有污渍。拍了照片。唯一的解决办法就是自己去拿干净的床单，铺好床。当时已经晚上9点了，却没有工作人员帮忙。
周一下午前台小姐太粗鲁了，简直难以置信这种人居然能在酒店工作。就因为她的行为，我们和几个朋友决定以后再也不住陶斯的这家酒店了。
缺乏分辨率
我们住了 3 晚。我们提前通知我们不会入住第四晚，接待人员告诉我们拨打酒店电话，然后他们会与酒店联系。我们已经做到了，正在等待您的回复。
