Bathroom floors filthy, had layer of dust & hair under sink & behind toilet.
Bodily fluid splatter on wall behind toilet & bath ceiling.
Hair left in tub and walls of tub.
Tub did not drain, rising within 5 minutes.
Door handles, ALL, had dried slime/filth.
Comforters with holes.
Couch bed terrible! Filled with crumbs and dirt. Mattress was springs & fabric only. Literally sleeping on springs!
However, staff were kind & breakfast was great! Staff continued to wipe down & clean areas during breakfast.

Once checked into the room the front desk called to ask if our room was up to our standards
First time ever was asked and loved that! All was good!

Stayed here for the weekend from out of state, came to perform wedding. Very kind and friendly staff clean rooms.
I just wish the hot tub was working after a long travel day thats what i was looking fwd to most.

My wife and I are very satisfied with this hotel. The location is very convenient, a lot of food options nearby. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Jacqueline at the front desk is amazing. She gave us the best service and we can feel she is genuine and take her job seriously. Jacqueline made our stay awesome! Thank you!

We are a group of friends who came to visit one of us. We had a great time, and the service during breakfast was excellent. The next day was a little different, with a different food each day, including small pancakes made on the spot! with an interest machine, the front desk lady was very attentive and friendly. There were several stores nearby, and also different options for restaurants.
We reserved the Suite, and we like the small living room, very convenient to have a nice talk. The only thing I didn't like was that the room was not cleaned during the day the towels were changed, but the beds were not made. Maybe it was a mistake. We will stay here again next time we will visit our friend.
早上Carlos这位前台员工非常友善且乐于助人。早餐很好，厨房的大姐也特别友好和乐于帮忙。房间实际上比网站上的图片还要好。总的来说，这次体验非常棒，我们全家下次肯定还会预订。酒店位置离滑雪场大约30分钟车程。
