The room and parking area are great. Lots of good places to eat.
The OK rating is breakfast does not start until 7am. If you need to leave before then like we did go to some where less expensive. We had a room right next to the elevator with a loud bell ringing most of the night.

Our stay was ok , but the hair conditioner was watery, and you could hear every noise through the walls, and we were not told that breakfast was over at 9:30 on the week days, we were only told about the weekend.

The stay was good it would have been excellent if they would have acommadated us as they said they would with my special request for a room down stairs as 2 of us are disabled I called and asked 3 different times and I was told yes and when I got there they didn’t have one down stairs and we were on the second floor I know there are elevators but still a lot of walking for us and there was trouble with the toilet would not flush correctly but other than that everything was fine the staff is great as always any time that we have family gatherings or anything we always stay here and never had a problem so we won’t be changing you guys for this small inconvenience just ask you to be more careful and accommodate special requests see you soon

Jackie checked us in perfectly and was amazing.. I really wanted to also mention that Brian accommodated us for our checking out.. great team.. I love staying here when I’m passing through..
