Room was excellent, service was great. Leslie was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Will return and recommend in the future.

Very friendly staff. Spacious, clean room. Nice lobby. Nice little indoor pool and spa, although it needs some maintenance, as does the fitness room. Most of the TV's attached to the equipment don't work, or only the visual is available, but not the sound, (Used headphones of course.) A safe, nice place to stay in the high desert.

I’m legally blind and use walking cane to get around. From my arrival to hotel the front office staff were really helpful and friendly
House keeping staff Maria helped guide me to room location and ice machine , Daniel from maintenance was helpful and took care of problem with charging station ***** in room and got my phone charging, staff in Bistrom morning and evening shift really awesome and helpful as well. Five stars all around to the friendly and kind staff.
