I’m legally blind and use walking cane to get around. From my arrival to hotel the front office staff were really helpful and friendly
House keeping staff Maria helped guide me to room location and ice machine , Daniel from maintenance was helpful and took care of problem with charging station ***** in room and got my phone charging, staff in Bistrom morning and evening shift really awesome and helpful as well. Five stars all around to the friendly and kind staff.

There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor. Checkout is at 12 pm which is a perfect time.

Im was not very happy, the customer service was not the best.I Noticed Smog odor and the Ac was not on when I arrived and felt very inconvenient considering Hesperia temperatures .

我在网上预订了一张特大号床；然而，在办理入住手续时被告知他们没有可用的床，所以只能选择一张大号床。
我们参加家庭聚会，决定住在这里。这里的服务、清洁度和舒适度都给我留下了深刻的印象。我绝对推荐。

酒店维护良好，步行即可到达牛排馆。酒店内的小酒馆也很不错。价格实惠。
