Nice enough room. Friendly staff. But our bathroom sink would hardly drain, and there was one Kleenex left in the box. Little touches make a big difference.

Spotless room. Friendly service. Big, updated suite. Just wish front of hotel rooms didn’t have the bleed of the hotel lights through the window as well as better soundproofing for planes taking off. Our sound app worked fine to help, but once awake, tough to go back to sleep. All and all, fabulous stay.

The staff was awesome, our room was clean and all around it made our vacation for the location and friendly people.

Everything was clean and the people were very nice. The lady who prepared and served our breakfast was very pleasant to talk to. And her biscuits and gravy were amazing. I think that only complaint I have about the room is that the AC/fan is very very loud. And it does not cool the room well at all. We were able to crack the window and it was cool enough outside to get some air through the room. Other than that, our stay in Buffalo was nice.
房间挺大，干净，前台很友好，还接受现金帮忙换零，方便我们出行。
我们晚上10点左右办理入住，前台工作人员爱答不理。第二天早上9点半，我们还在休息，酒店四楼就开始施工了，我们住在三楼，噪音特别大。我们中午出去玩，下午4点50回来的时候还在施工，噪音真的让人受不了。我们去前台问，他们说大概5点会停工。结果到了晚上6点还没停，我们只好又下楼去跟前台（就是我们入住时碰到的那个人）反映，结果她说没办法。我们要求换房，她说只剩下三楼的房间了。
最后，我们只好自己上四楼去跟施工人员说我们实在受不了了，需要休息，因为我们半夜12点还要退房赶路。他们才停止了施工。
我们入住期间，游泳池一直坏着，无法使用。我们房间的门把手也坏了，导致所有东西都被锁在里面。虽然叫了维修人员，但他们也修不好，几个小时后我们才换了另一个房间。但是，酒店并没有因为这些不便给我们升级房间或提供任何折扣。
酒店有到机场的面包车，较方便，服务不错，推荐。
