The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The hotel was clean but could use some updating. The “snack shop” was bare. No snacks other than candy and no drinks other than monster energy drinks. We were there for 5 days and could never purchase a water or soda. Staff was no where to be found most of the time. Saw housekeeping but no one was ever at the front desk.

希尔顿欢朋酒店在我印象中是汽车旅馆里的高档品牌，但这家酒店的房间有点小，这让我有点失望。三个人住的话，展开行李箱后行动起来会很不方便。早餐还是很有欢朋酒店的特色，种类丰富，这点很不错。
酒店位置比较偏，附近没有中餐，因我们第2天去拉斯维加斯酒店出门就上15号高速，不堵，去拉斯维加斯车程3个半小时
房间、酒店、大堂以及早餐都很干净。不过也存在一些问题。泳池无法使用，这很遗憾，因为我的孩子们很期待。大堂的洗手间需要好好清洁。我们两次走进洗手间，发现男女洗手间都很脏。而且，他们始终没有给我们提供我们要求的毛巾。
我和经理谈过，他们说除了积分之外，他们无法提供任何补偿。我查看了我的希尔顿账户，积分并没有到账。我尝试给酒店打了四次电话，但始终无人接听。
接待人员非常热情周到，但房间里空调噪音很大，而且浴室里没有毛巾——肯定出了什么问题。
