Each year it gets worse I won’t be back.
When we arrived their system was down and they didn’t have our information for the stay. So that was unfortunate but we understand things happen. When we get to our room the room is sub par what are used to for Marriot standards, we were very disappointed the toilet was dirty and so was the shower. If it wasn’t a late night check in we would have went to another location. We have stayed here normally over the last 3-5 years and each year there has been a steady decline in cleanliness and service. I won’t be staying here again and I wish I could get my money back because this was a terrible experience for us.

Neve rent a room across the street from a Walmart. There was constant traffic making entering and exiting the property a bit of a challenge.
The room is spacious with a full kitchen and big (too big--lot of empty space). The kitchen had undersized and somewhat off brand appliances but everything worked. The TV's are old and small by today's standards. Sitting on the couch in the LR required squinting to set the TV.
Otherwise, it was a nice unit and I had a nice stay.

We tried to take a day off our stay and we’re told that because we booked through ******* they could not refund the cost. Then they called twice to ask when we planned to check out as the wanted housekeeping to clean the room. We told them both times that as we would not receive a refund for the unneeded day that we would just stay. They were less than helpful. I understand policy however it would have been nice if they had left it and not called twice.
