酒店回复: Sorry to hear we missed the mark on your expectations. We did have several employees out with the flu during your stay and they were unable to make it in. However, we were happy for those that did show up for work and gave it the extra effort to clean up after a very busy weekend. Please know that it is normally like this, however, we did not think it was a good idea to make our staff come in and clean up after guests and risk getting other staff and or guests sick.

The place was clean but there were ladybugs and stink bugs all over the room including in the bed. The beds were comfortable. There were only apples for a fruit choice for breakfast and not many healthy options.

ADA compliance nightmare!!
I am completely disappointed Ted with this hotel! We booked a handicap accessible room months before the actual trip. When we arrived, they had given all the handicap rooms away, put us on the top floor, when we had requested a room close to the elevators, and made no effort to help fix the problem. I use a walker and my daughter has a broken foot. We could not use the shower in a normal room because we can’t stand in the bathtub. The hotel’s solution, only because my other daughter demanded a shower chair, was to give us a metal folding chair to sit inside the tub. We literally took our lives into our hands just to get a shower! I’m furious with this booking and hotel management!!! I will never stay there again!

Booked this hotel for a night stay while traveling home from New York. Great location and bed was comfy. Perfect spot for a quik stay.

I was very unhappy about being shown a hot tub in the marketing when I booked it but we get there and they say there is no hot tub. We have that at a different location.

I was wondering if you could let us know what room you were in as all rooms have tubs (not hot tubs) with one room that has a roll in shower. I have had a previous guest that could have seen the same picture; not what hotels consider a "hot tub" one out by the pool with hot temperatures that people enjoy soaking in. However, this particular guest was just looking for a tub/shower combo. The hotel was built and opened in 2012, and I have worked here since opening. We have not advertised as having a hot tub nor to many hotels in our area. Any insight would be appreciated so we are sure where the information is coming from. If you were in room #108, this room is our only roll-in shower room and would only have a shower.If a tub/shower combo was what you needed, you could have mentioned to the front desk needing that and we would have been happy to accommodate you in a different room.Sorry for the lengthy reply. You may reach out to us at the hotel with all additional information that may be helpful. Thank you!
