The room was dirty, the bathroom had several areas of long hair in the shower, and along the floor. The night attendant kindly came and wiped down the floor for me. There was no bathmat, no body lotion, incredibly disappointed, and hard to associate this with my previous experience with Mariott. You’ve lost my business. I’m staying at another chain tonight, and La Quinta has exceeded your brand beyond words.

Staff were great, bed was great, but building shows signs of wear. The suite built-in cabinet had water damage and dents, wallpaper was peeling at one spot, tub looked rough. I think the building must have been purchased and refurbished. Most of the Fairfields were built by Marriott and are spotless. I’ll stay at Hampton next time I’m in New Stanton.

Dated facility and rooms need updated. Remote didn’t work on TV and another room we reserved TV didn’t work properly.
