酒店回复: Hello Robert! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. I will have maintenance staff check on the A/C unit and the water pressure of the room you were in. This is the first time that we came across these issues with this room. We appreciate you letting us know about it.As a select-service hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping service. What we have are refresh services every other day for stays that are 3 nights or more. I apologize if this information was not conveyed to you at check-in. We are a non-smoking property, therefore I'm not sure what was the pungent odor that you smelled. A request for different room can always be made, and we always try to accommodate changes as much as we can.I apologize if our Bistro staff was not as friendly as she should have been. 挺不错的,入住很快,周围有个沃尔玛可以补充点消耗品
只给四星的原因是,所有两居室套房都面朝高速公路,我们四楼的房间有点吵。不过我们睡觉比较轻,很多人可能根本不会察觉。咖啡和早餐就像个迷你星巴克。同一建筑群里还有好几家餐厅,餐饮选择多样,服务也都不错。所有服务人员都非常友善和乐于助人。
一般,没什么记忆点,对付睡一宿
早餐服务不错,但大部分员工都不太友好。要小心,因为任何事情可能都需要额外付费。酒店有星巴克,所以买咖啡很方便。
从办理入住时的助理经理,到酒吧/餐厅工作人员,再到经理催促退房时,与员工的每一次互动都很粗鲁无礼。
房间是一张混合式特大床,与天花板装饰或娱乐中心不相配,换句话说,房间拥挤,而且不是标准尺寸。
微波炉坏了。
电视遥控器音量失灵。
水槽堵塞了。
抱歉,我不会再住这家酒店了。员工很友好。
空调很弱,两个晚上我都睡不着。把空调开到最大,但房间里还是太热。我只盖了一条薄床单当毯子睡觉。淋浴喷头的水压也很弱。客房服务人员没有打扫我们的房间,我们把小费留在房间里,结果第二天晚上没有服务,也没有干净的干浴巾。周一早上,车库的垃圾车很早就把我吵醒了,因为我前一天晚上因为空调系统不好一直睡到很晚。抱歉,我不推荐这家万豪庭院酒店,体验很令人失望。
酒店前台给我安排了一间离高速公路很近的房间,我需要一间无烟房,但当我走进房间时,我闻到一股非常刺鼻的气味,我气得不行。第二天早上,酒店一楼的早餐服务员态度非常不友好,她的服务让我很不舒服。我儿子因为带牙套,说的是英语,她告诉他,她听不懂我儿子的英语。听到这位餐厅女服务员的回答后,我重复了我儿子说的话。我觉得她应该学会尊重别人。
我对入住流程非常满意。房间很干净。床很舒服。电视选项可以更好。不过我对客房服务人员非常失望,他们在我们退房那天早上 8:30 叫醒了我们,之后还继续敲了好几次门。退房时间是中午!很烦人
住宿体验不佳
我通常在万豪酒店住得都很好,但这次住宿体验很不幸。暖气坏了,房间真的很冷。他们没有给我安排一间暖气正常的房间,而是给我了毯子。此外,浴缸很脏,我没法洗澡。
很喜欢这里的位置,去餐厅和咖啡店都很方便,唯一的问题是走廊里有股难闻的味道,通常所有的酒店从大堂到走廊都有一股干净的味道,但这家不是,特别是二楼,地毯上有污渍,我住的地方闻起来很难闻,除此之外,这家酒店很棒
