这是我在万豪酒店最糟糕的经历。我之前一直是白金会员，但通过*******预订，到达酒店后却被告知预订已取消。他们说几天前发过邮件，但这些邮件通常会被扔进垃圾邮件箱。邮件里说我们确认了您的预订，最后却说如果我们不联系您，预订就会被取消。而且我根本没接到任何电话或短信。更糟糕的是，他们根本没有发邮件通知我预订已取消。我开车7个小时去参加女儿的全国田径赛，前台却说我的预订已取消，而且他们没有空房。怎么能取消已经确认的预订，却不以正确的方式沟通呢？这种糟糕的服务和体验，是我在万豪这样的品牌酒店遇到的。前台什么忙也不帮，也没帮我们找到其他可用的万豪酒店。我们没地方住，只能在车里睡觉，而我女儿第二天需要休息，准备参加全国田径赛，这对她来说是人生中非常重要的一件事。我真的想要对这个事件有一个答复和补偿。
