After just spending a week in other hotels for a family vacation , we opted to stop on our way home. This hotel was super clean, excellent staff and the best room of our trip with comfortable beds. The only criticism is that the hot tub was out of servive and the pool seemed dirty. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you!

Certainly one of the better hotels in Willows. As a slightly aging hotel it looks like they are making efforts to stay ahead of the curve. The complimentary breakfast needs a little work. Who ever cooks the scrambled eggs in the morning needs to back off the heat a bit. They were uneatable the last couple of times. New coffee machines were nice.

The door to the room didn’t always close. It would bounce open sometimes when it was closing, and we would have to go back and make sure that it was actually closed. Also, the hot tub was down for repairs during our stay unfortunately, and the tile that they chose for the pool deck surround area is extremely slippery even when you don’t have wet feet from the pool. location: convenient. quality: probably not staying there again.

Consistently clean, convenient locations, pet friendly and super nice staff. The beds are comfortable and rooms quiet.

靠近高速公路
酒店设施很新，但是入住登记时遇到的前台白女是我这么多年在美国遇见最差劲的一个，愚昧无知自大**，主动给人找麻烦，携程订房间是实际入住人登记。我给我们家老太太定的房间就只能用我家老太太护照名字登记，然后这个白女不想拿护照登记要有照片和地址的的ID。我说没有，她就嘟嘟囔囔。然后办理入住必须用老太太信用卡做担保，不然就不能入住。老太太没有信用卡，我问她怎么办，然后哔哔哔的什么责任**自负的话。这么多年，住过几十家美国酒店，见过几十个酒店前台了，就数她**！
房间干净舒适。大堂工作人员热情友好，并提供了详细的讲解。早餐也很干净，种类丰富。我会再次入住。
酒店设施和员工都很好，但浴室和窗台上有虫子（我认为是蟑螂）。真恶心！
