3 night Stay was average at best. Room was fine in terms of beds etc. Told at check in that room service every 2nd day which is now the new norm. Broken shower gel dispenser so left note for housekeeping day 2 to change (these are full bottle/attached dispensers) to replace as you couldn’t get gel out. No response on return after a full day away. Apparently requires maintenance but couldve provided a bottle that could be used but i guess they think you’re going to steal it. Evening manager showed little concern “maintenance order in for tmr” but we are checking out. No offer for gel in the interim. We had a bar soap in our possession so used that but really its just communication-first by housekeeping 2nd by manager to provide an interim solution.
Big bug carcass in bathroom light fixture but unlikely to be picked up on as room gets turned over. Bathroom door doesn’t really close.
On return to home, look at pdf receipt and charged $5/day parking fee. No issues parking thus is just another nickle dime approach to customers. Two medium coffees at ‘in lobby’ Starbucks $11.50. Disappointed in Courtyard Marriott as usually customer focused.
Travel frequently to Longmont so will choose a different location.

Hot tub jets don't work pool had a musty smell. No amenities. I left a day early as it was a uncomfortable stay for the kids and I. Terrible customer service and I will never go back

I chose breakfast included but they said it wasn’t included. Room service was zero. Smal refrigerator! No enough trash cans.

Great place to stay
Excellent place. The only thing I can negatively comment on is the desk clerk(female) smoking right outside the entrance doors to front lobby. Puffs away and then puts it out on her shoe and runs back inside. Smoke comes into lobby and she also has a yucky odor after....she was very nice but...
