We can't assure that there is one room that no animal has touched, but we can ensure our housekeeping team does an amazing job at cleaning those rooms for the next guest!

When I booked this reservation, it was the night before we were to stay there. Your site said we could cancel at anytime. I read it twice, not specification on a time limit. The next day we were rerouted due to work requirements and sent a message to cancel the reservation. We were fully charged for this reservation that we didn't use. What recourse do we have??? Your site said we could cancel any time, which we assumed was because it was booked within 24 hours of check-in. Tell me how to get a refund, please.

It was just okay. I have stayed in quite a few Hampton Inns and this one just wasnt as good. The light switch didn't work in the bathroom and the vent in the bathroom was so dusty it was almost completely clogged. The AC unit was also very dusty and there was a spill no one cleaned up in the wall. The room was clean other than that. The breakfast wasn't that good. They had extremely watered down orange juice and apple juice and rhe quality of the food was just subpar compared to other Hampton Inns.
