Yes the room was nice and clean. The only thing that was wrong was the drain in the shower was clogged.

Staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed, coffee was good. Unfortunately, the carpeting in the corridors is of the kind that makes rolling suitcases an (unwanted) exercise. Other Hilton hotels have found better and equally attractive solutions, fluff isn't what the times are calling for.

Toilet is way too low to the ground. We reported toilet running and also that it wouldn’t flush on the next day. Never fixed inour three night stay

Room was good. Staff was great. There was a mess up and my wife and I were given the wrong room and someone was staying there. The night lady was really nice and apologized and got us in another room. It was really busy, and she was able to get us in, while dealing with the crowd voming in.

Irma at the front desk was awesome! It was very busy but she was professional and efficient.
This was the best Hampton we’ve stayed at.

I liked the renovations done to this property. They did a wonderful job with that. The rooms were clean and inviting. The staff were all wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a customer washer and dryer available but the staff directed us next door and they let us use theirs. Overall, it was an awesome stay.

The scent in the room was kind of strong—kind of flowery when I walked in and lobby smelled a bit of smoke. Besides that, the people were wonderful and friendly. Cute little hibachi/sushi restaurant around the corner also, reasonably priced and great take out.

I stayed here for one night to explore the local history in New Bern. My room directly faced the highway and I could hear some of the cars driving by. The complimentary breakfast was good and I liked the extended hours until 10 AM. Convenient location to all major local roads and plenty of parking.
