The a/c unit was very loud. The tub in the bathroom was rusty and making rust stains on the tub. Should be changed out and tub cleaned.

Had a TV issue upon arrival, and Keshawn (front desk) was up to our room immediately, and-repaired the issue without delay.
Keshawn also checked us into the hotel wherein again, we were treated with Iincredible courtesy and professionalism.
In closing, HI Express Arcadia, is a great place to eat, swim, conduct business, and more.

Place is run down and needs to be updated. Elevator floor is filthy. Halls and carpet are dirty. WiFi kept throwing us off. TV selection was poor. Room was freezing.
