We stay here each time we visit family in Lake Placid. Clean building, comfortable beds and attentive/accommodating staff. Breakfast is much better than other hotels we’ve been to. We’ll be back again soon!

Walls had loud vibrations, claimed they didn’t know anything about it. Kiss running up and down the halls screaming early in the morning. Bed uncomfortable. Roll in shower, couldn’t get in and out without help. Shower floor slippery. Will not stay there again.

Desk and breakfast staff were all very effective. I suggest an upgrade to the personal products offered in the bath. The shampoo is a brand offered at the lowest tier motels, and the facial and toilet tissues were like sandpaper.

Good vacation spot.
Food options were excellent! Bed comfort excellent! The pool was hitter than soup, because there's no coverage. In Florida, pools need to have coverage when the temp ie 99°! Lots of bees around pool too because of an over abundance of foliage. I also killed 5 spiders in my room. Not daddy longlegs either. Otherwise, house keeping was on top of things. Desk crew were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Bottled water was pricey. I'd give them an A.
