Very disappointed in this hotel. I realize it's a budget hotel but the rooms were dirty. Blood stains on the carpet. Dirt marks on underside of duvet. Had to change rooms. I've had complimentary breakfasts at hotels before. This one was below average.

Bathroom near the breakfast area was dirty.
Room bathroom's toilet ran endlessly, tub was stained. Room was a clean. Thankful for the bathroom nightlight feature. Pool was nice and warm. Front desk people were outstanding. Breakfast people were a bit behind, sloppy, and scrambled eggs had brown (burnt?) in them, oatmeal water was boiling over on to counter, Dark Roast Coffee was not available, Grape Jelly was close to the only option. Price was very reasonable so I can let some other things slide that were annoying but not critical to my stay.

Very clean, nice room. Good parking. Near to shopping, restaurants and venues. Breakfast was great! No coffee though (at least that I saw in the breakfast area). TV didn’t work and was given a, frankly, lame excuse. Clean live without it for a night, of course, but when paying good money for a room, one expects simple amenities.

Pros: easy parking; clean room; electronic key card for the room, entrance and fitness area; simple breakfast station included; reasonably priced; comfortable bed
Cons: when staff cleaned the room they didn’t change the sheets/make the bed; bathroom sink was clogged; bathroom door very difficult to close
