Another perfect stay in Sebring!
My second visit at this hotel. I’m not sure why for the second time our first room was a handicap room. I didn’t ask for it and I don’t want it. I went back to the front desk, and the girl was so helpful. She said that I had booked through a third-party. Anyway, she quickly remedied the situation. The next room, and she was an absolute pleasure. We love this hotel, they’re very friendly, clean, and always willing to accommodate. We definitely will be back. On a sidenote, the breakfast included is always wonderful. Lots and lots to choose from. Keep up the good work.

Property was fine and the staff was friendly. The only problem was they checked us into a dirty room. We left our bags in the room and told cleaners the room was still not changed out. We came back 5 hours later to dirty room. They apologized and gave us a clean room
