The room was very nice, clean, and quiet. I liked the big lounge area and the tea/coffee bar.
I needed to call in urgently before checkout time passed and I couldn't get back to the hotel but the phone system was down. Luckily they changed me to a late checkout once I arrived so I didn't have any issues getting my things out of the room. I also had technical issues getting the app to work but other that that and the phone system I'm very happy with my stay.

Heavy smell of bug spray, front desk girl seemed inconvenienced by my checking in, and the room stayed 76 degrees, though I had it set to 70 to try to cool it off. This was not my first stay here, but will be trying a different hotel on my next trip into Killeen.

Very friendly, beds were uncomfortable but I believe that is all hotels, was able to buy breakfast and it was good.

The hotel was very nice, but I like to have coffee in the morning and I like to have regular and decaf mixed. They didn’t have any decaf so I had to go ask the people at the counter for decaf and they were very resistant to give it to me. I did not find that to be very customer service orientated. My mom likes hot water for tea and that seem to be a problem too.

While I room has a window, when we opened the curtains, our view was a brick wall. We could hear every single door closing in the hallway and the people walking upstairs

Unfortunately the air conditioner was very very loud, noisy, woke me up a few times. But, it worked well and cooled the room nicely. The bed was a bit hard, found it hard to get comfortable The pillows weren't good at all. Just disappeared, very thin and lumpy. But it was clean and bathroom was nice and clean.
