The hotel was very nice, but I like to have coffee in the morning and I like to have regular and decaf mixed. They didn’t have any decaf so I had to go ask the people at the counter for decaf and they were very resistant to give it to me. I did not find that to be very customer service orientated. My mom likes hot water for tea and that seem to be a problem too.

While I room has a window, when we opened the curtains, our view was a brick wall. We could hear every single door closing in the hallway and the people walking upstairs

Unfortunately the air conditioner was very very loud, noisy, woke me up a few times. But, it worked well and cooled the room nicely. The bed was a bit hard, found it hard to get comfortable The pillows weren't good at all. Just disappeared, very thin and lumpy. But it was clean and bathroom was nice and clean.

The rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, the walk in shower was very nice. The only thing I did not like was they only had two luggage carts and other customers had taken them to there rooms and did not return them. When I was checking out I was unable to use one for my luggage made it difficult to walk with a cane and carry my luggage to the car.

My stay at Courtyard was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in completely seamless. The room was both beautiful and cozy, with a calm and modern design that made it feel like a true retreat.

The bed was extremely comfortable—so much so that I slept through the night and woke up feeling fully rested and refreshed. Every detail, from cleanliness to comfort, was clearly well thought out.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-notch hotel experience.
