The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast hit the spot. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Several weeks ago I Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds in each room. When we got our keys to the rooms, one was correct with 2 queen size beds.

hVAC was stuck on cool high and blew cold air even when switched to heat

It was a convenient location for our Lakepoint tourney. Staff and hotel were good. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative is the water in the pool at the time we were there needed some treatment so we didn't use it. Overall very happy with the property.
