Upon arriving into our room, I was completely shocked to walk into the room I booked. Upon deciding to book, I was glad to see the studio suite pictured on the website. Carpet, desk and couch. However, the room that we were given did not resemble what I thought I paid for. There was no carpet, and no couch. I immediately went to the male front desk attendant and spoke with him. As I was explaining my issues, he laughed and said " Yes, the pictures are deceiving and some times are pictures of other properties." Being that I came with my wife, my 9yr old and 1yr old daughters, we were looking forward to utilizing the couch for one child to sleep on after our drive from Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. Being that was now impossible, the attendant moved our rooms to a double bed room. Although that helped with my family a little, the floors of the new room were filthy. Our bare feet were dirty upon walking on them with the first 30 minutes. The refrigerator was covered with dust, the pillow cases were stained and the fire alarm constantly displayed its flashing red light. Again, even though the male front desk attendant tried to accommodate my family, it was very unprofessional and frustrating for him to laugh and confirm the fact that I was mislead into believing that I was receiving a certain hotel room, but instead I fell a victim to false advertising. As an IHG member, I expected what I paid for. Please update pictures of your rooms so travelers know what to expect.

Rooms are spacious, fairly clean. Location is noisy. I understand it is an extended stay hotel, so the lack of a breakfast option or a bar is understandable.

Didn't like having to turn in my dirty towels at the front desk to get clean ones or take them my garbage in order to get new trash bags. Guessing this is required when you tell them you do not need your room cleaned. Our stay was for 5 days.

Kitchen was acceptable. Ice Maker in refrigerator didn't work.
Tasha was very engaging and helpful at front desk.
Cleaning staff were very thorough.
Did have a few insects, small roach and a couple of earwigs.
Could use more sound proofing.

Did not have extra lock on the door the safety lock. Was not very clean did see a few bugs. My feet ended up being filthy from walking on the floor in bare feet. The bed was very squeaky and old.

Front desk staff, Nesha and another young woman, were so friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and fine. Would return simply because of the staff.
