Every staff member I encountered was pleasant. The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and the floors were not nasty and sticky. The location was quiet, hopefully the changes to I-85 won't change that once it's done. I'd stay there again.

Every thing at stay here was excellent. Everything. There is highway construction going on that you have to deal with. But after we figured that out, no problem.

Nearly empty floor yet they placed someone next door. Refrigerator in the room quit on day 2. Breakfast area was crowded only one morning. Food was warm.

Water issue in shower. No hot water. Left some items the week before in my room by accident, they were never turned in. Stop playing infomercials in breakfast area in the morning and put on some news?

Not Baymont's fault but much road construction in progress and even getting to the property for the first time was confusing. I suggest that Orbitz and/or Baymont send a message to guests w/ reservations warning them of what to expect and directions to the hotel.
