Excellent service, ambience and cleanliness. This hotel has a small footprint, making it easy to maneuver and cozy, yet elegant and relaxing. Running alongside the hotel is the Erie Canal with a lovely walking and bike path and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the peaceful view. This is a place to stay when you want repose.
The beds were a bit more firm than we’d love, but everything else was excellent. We stayed here for our wedding night and the amenities they offered to us to make our stay extra special were just delightful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well cared for. The property itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views that instantly put you in vacation mode.
The service was outstanding: every request was handled with a smile, and the team went above and beyond to make my experience special. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of fresh, delicious meals with something for every taste.

Our go-to hotel when traveling to Rochester, the Del Monte is not overwhelmingly large, has a great staff, is convenient to many local destinations and always provides top notch service. Highly recommended.

The property is in a fantastic location. The room however is quite depressing. It is incredible dark. I mentioned that to them and they said they would give me an extra lamp. It would not make a difference. I enrolled in keyless entry and they did not know how the process worked on my phone

This is a beautiful hotel in the village of Pittsford, right along the Erie Canal. There are lots of walkable places to go, including the Pittsford Dairy directly across the street and the village shops just across the canal. Hotel was quiet, room was spacious with lots of room to spread out a bit. The lounge chair with the fur throw was very special for a cold December night.

We had to arrive early do to weather ( lake effect snow around the Great Lakes) and was very pleasantly surprised that we were able to check into our room several hours earlier! Front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We are definitely going to book again. Quant location with a spa.
