Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. Room was nice. Breakfast was decent but pancake machine was down so that was a bummer.

Bath tub had hair in it.water not hot.when I arrived people were barbecue outside.
工作人员服务不到位，入住手续办理不规范，而且在我入住期间有其他客人进入我的房间。我要求将房间从双人间改为单人间，并缩短一晚住宿，但这些问题也没有得到解决。此外，账单金额也高于我在IHG预订时所填写的金额。
我的入住体验糟透了。一进门，地板就脏得像好几周没打扫过一样。回到房间，电视遥控器居然坏了，电视一直卡在新闻频道！枕套也没换，上面全是污渍。毛巾也很脏！除非你喜欢脏乱的环境，否则千万别来！
从一开始就糟透了，前台女服务员态度恶劣，让我等了很久，因为她觉得这样不好。我们的房间紧挨着室外区域，我不得不打电话给前台让他们离开。前台人员也很糟糕，凌晨1点10分，他们竟然问我们要不要换房间，而不是尽职尽责地让那些人回房间。当时都过了10点了，房间外面还在开派对。这简直就是个令人失望的酒店。
需要改进
浴室地板上全是头发，从门外就能听到很大的噪音，我不得不要求提供干净的洗浴用品。
