交通方便,入住过程顺利。酒店设施完善,房间干净没有噪音。前台服务非常周到,所以问题都得到顺利解决,会考虑再次入住

一切都很顺利,如预期一样。从入住到退房都非常顺畅。包含早餐和泳池等额外设施很不错。值得推荐。
这家酒店太恶心了。走廊里到处都是霉味,房间里更是臭气熏天。床头上方的通风扇不停地运转,吹出霉味。附上一张照片……看起来很小,但它就在床头上方,而且关不掉。床感觉很潮湿。停车场灯光昏暗,不安全。真是个糟糕的酒店。如果你带着孩子,千万别住这家酒店。
太恶心了。
办理入住手续时,还没到 20 分钟就发现卧室里有臭虫,房间也不干净,换到另一个房间后发现更多的臭虫,要求退款后被告知第二天才能做任何事情,离开时他们甚至没有道歉,服务太差了,我们投诉后,他们在走廊里喷洒杀虫剂
总体来说,体验还不错。只需要住一晚。入住手续超级简单,我们进房间的时候,房间看起来很干净,也没有异味。不过,我还是铺了一条毛巾在地毯上检查了一下,看看是否干净,这样我就能知道孩子们是否适合在上面玩耍。结果一个小时后我们从泳池回来,毛巾上竟然爬满了蚂蚁……我们没大惊小怪,因为就住一晚,也不想惹麻烦。不过我还是想提一下,因为我想再住一段时间,没有蚂蚁。
房间很吵
他们给我们的第一个房间还没打扫完。第二个房间的通风扇噪音很大。第三个房间也有噪音,但没第二个房间那么吵。床不太舒服。晚上11:30,走廊里有很多孩子跑来跑去,非常吵!
住宿体验不佳……
我们到达时,酒店本身还算干净,但房间显然还没准备好,浴室里有个风扇在转,吹干一部分。我们很快发现是淋浴喷头的水流到地板上造成的。然后,当我们坐在房间里的一张床上时,床架断了。最后,房间里的暖气太吵了,我们几乎睡不着,最后决定关掉它,因为酒店房间已经卖完了,我们没法换房间,只能睡在一个很冷的房间里。总而言之,我不确定我是否会再次入住这里。
