They only complaints I have is the toilets are too close to the floor and if you know 3 people will be stays there should be 3 sets of towels.
P.S. they need a new toaster thats faster

Check in was smooth and front staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the coffee served OMG I’ve never tasted anything so bitter I usually take my coffee with one milk one sweetener my friend drinks hers black well four sugars and three creams and we still could not choke it down not a huge deal we left and went and got coffee elsewhere but, having a good coffee in the morning would definitely give the breakfast an extra star for me 😊.
说实话，这家酒店是我们最喜欢的酒店之一，但是上次我们入住时，晚上9点后来了一场婚礼，吵得要命。晚上10点左右，因为孩子们被吵醒了，我们打电话到酒店。酒店告诉我们晚上10点是安静时间，他们会提醒婚礼宾客降低音量。当时他们在外面，而我们住在三楼。快到凌晨1点的时候，他们才终于安静下来。第二天我投诉后，酒店说会给我们一些积分作为补偿，我当时想，至少他们理解我们的感受。
但是，当我收到确认信息，说只给了3000积分时，我非常失望。
我们一家六口几乎一夜没睡，结果只给了3000积分，这简直是个笑话。
他们应该妥善处理这件事，或者给我们足够的补偿。
他们对此无能为力。
这是我在沃特敦最喜欢的新住处。这家酒店位置便利，靠近所有购物场所，但又远离道路（和高速公路），为您提供安静祥和的住宿体验。我们的房间和所有公共空间都干净而现代，床非常舒适，工作人员友好而有礼貌 — 特别感谢 Emily，她热情地迎接了我们，并为我们提供了快速/顺畅的入住体验。
远不如预期
入住体验糟糕透了，我费了好大劲才找到人办理入住。到了房间，发现正在施工，噪音很大，不过他们说下午6点前就会完工。床硬得像砖头一样，非常令人失望，睡起来很不舒服。空调/暖气也不好用，要知道现在是12月，北方地区，大家都需要暖气，结果空调一直开着，怎么也切换不成制热模式。好不容易暖气开了，温度调到了78华氏度（约26摄氏度），房间暖和了一会儿，我就把温度调低了。但是到了晚上，暖气开了，空调又启动了，而暖气温度又没高到能触发空调，这套系统效率太低了。不用说，我们以后肯定不会再住这里了。
一切都很好。
