Extremely spacious room and very nice view of lake. Plenty of free parking and free coffee in lobby. Service at check in friendly and quick. Room however looked tired and dated. Popcorn ceiling! Visible wear and tear in bathroom area. Clean feeling carpet and bedding.

I love coming to this hotel however the strawberry blonde woman (front desk worker) is very very rude she seem like it wasn’t busy when I arrive but she was very short and seem not able to answer my questions regarding payment only telling me she “thinks so” the other staff were friendly and so was housekeepers.

Perfect location for an event at the Toyota Music Pavillion. Would definitely book again in the future. Hotel building is showing signs of wear and tear but the staff is very kind and the rooms are quiet. The walking path outside is fantastic. Received an email from the Assistant Front Office Manager before and after the stay which is a nice touch.
