Excellent stay! Clean, friendly staff, my only complaint is that the bed was quite hard but overall I would recommend this Marriott.

The property had a very limited breakfast selection. The food was very overpriced. The staff was nice but the visit was ok. Nothing special.

Excellent location
The staff when we arrived were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't eat at the hotel, however there is an Italian restaurant right next door that was delicious. The indoor pool was clean and the outside fire pit area was very nice. The checkout was easy and they even gave me a snack for the road.

Concert weekend.
Nice clean hotel. Close to downtown. A little disappointed that the Starbucks and the bar wasn’t available but the first day we got there.

A good value. Perfectly acceptable. Comfortable bed, clean room, great indoor pool. I would stay there again. The only negative is that the surrounding are looks like it’s going downhill. We didn’t feel unsafe, however

我本来计划在诺克斯维尔住下。但在华夫饼屋吃完一顿快餐后，我觉得时间还早，完全可以继续赶路，于是决定直奔阿什维尔。
从诺克斯维尔到阿什维尔的这段车程相当有挑战性。山路有一大段都在施工，只开放了一个车道。一路上急转弯不断，还不停地上下坡，真是惊心动魄。
我终于抵达酒店时，前台的小姐姐很有礼貌地接待了我，并给我安排了一间电梯旁的房间。不过，当我在自动贩卖机买了一瓶水时，4美元的价格让我着实吃了一惊，感觉有点贵。
至于房间本身，设施方面并没有给我留下什么特别的印象。
酒店多收了我的早餐费。我已就此事通知酒店，但尚未收到回复。如果他们不纠正多收的费用，我将联系美国运通来争议这笔收费。
预订页面上的照片与酒店实际照片不一致。这家酒店可以看到山景，唯一的视野是停车场里Carrabba’s和其他酒店的景色。酒店所在的地段不太好，周围有很多无家可归的人，入口对面就是一个无家可归者收容所。如果您独自旅行或带孩子出行，我不推荐这家酒店。我们感觉不太安全，入住后不久就退房了。
