Very clean hotel, great breakfast, and ataff was so nice. I would atay here again. Perfect spot to go black Friday shopping in Charlotte.

The room was disgusting, looked like bloodstains on the floor next to bed, coffee maker had unidentifiable gunk in it, there were fruit loops trailed down the halls.. very disappointed and would never stay there again.

When we had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, it was quickly taken care of and we were moved to another room. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good.

The rooms are not up to par and do not match what’s online. I arrived with my mother between 10pm-11pm after driving almost 7 hours and was disappointed in the room once we checked in. I had to switch rooms and still was not satisfied but that was the last room available with 2 beds and 5 surrounding hotels were all booked due to events in the area.
The parking was also inconvenient and unsafe especially for those who arrive at night.
The floors were hideous and weren’t vacuumed. The towels, washcloths and linens weren’t clean. If I was alone and not with my mother I would probably have slept in the car for the weekend. It was awful and unless updates and renovations are made I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Karen plus manager needs more teaming training lol
Karen front desk employee very BIAS toward her Customers choose when to be professional and when to act like a child , the Manager as well was rude totally forgot her name , bar far worse customer service I ever experience from a hotel employee, great rooms cleaning services is amazing
房间宽敞舒适，但浴室的设计很差。进入房间后，门向右打开。由于紧贴着淋浴门，所以进出空间很小，只能沿着马桶边走。必须关上门才能打开电灯开关。在黑暗中很难找到。
清洁度
躺椅和箱式床垫底部有可疑的生物污渍。看起来不愉快。浴室风扇不工作。管道发出其他房间的噪音。桌子需要再擦一下。熨斗上有东西弄脏了我的衬衫。
