Beds were comfortable, Room was very large with everything you would want, Bathroom was large. The shower could use a better hand held head, very hard to get to lower parts of the body,.

Disappointing stay
The location is convenient as we have family nearby, but we don’t plan to come back. Our first time didn’t have electrical power near the bed and we had to change rooms after we had already started unpacking. The second room had a privacy shade that didn’t work. It took forever to get hot water in the shower. When we complained, we were advised to run the cold water in the sink while showering! There was no bathmat, so we had to use an hand towel for the floor. And all communication with the front desk necessitated going down in person. There was a phone in the room, but calling the desk or housekeeping always resulted in a busy signal.

Great Hotel
Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great! The only minor complaint was the shower. There was very little water pressure and the doors were REALLY hard to slide open and closed but these were trivial. Everything else was perfect. Would def recommend and stay again on our next trip to Belmont!

The property was in the perfect location. Close enough to some great shopping areas and eateries but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown broadway.
