This hotel is very nice. Old style, but modern and updated inside. Looks very clean and tidy. Nicely located close to the airport and on the route to Asheville.

Room was spotless and great layout. Very accessible for a handicap room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

room spotless, staff wonderful and friendly, amenities good - I loved the Halloween decor and celebration of the holidays coming, amenities. I got locked out of my room at 4:30 AM getting ice for water and staff could not be any more ready to help. Staff also accomodated my handicapped needs. All in all, our stay was terrific. 10 out of 10. PS Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom needs trim work finished. Needs some repairs.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, good breakfast with a very friendly service attendant that was running the whole thing by herself (tip to management-- she needs extra help, a raise, or both, because she was doing an incredible job despite being stretched thin!) Very quiet and convenient to Belmont Abbey College and the adorable downtown area.
