The whole facility was clean. The outdoor space was attract and the pool heated. Breakfast provided was good with plenty of options. The property was located in a convenient place that made walking to downtown dining and shopping easy. Definitely will stay here again

I had to leave early after three nights and they said since I used ******* for the booking they would not credit me for the two remaining nights. Very disappointing to be punished for using a third party who has negotiated with Fairfield by Marriott and built it with this trap imbedded. ******* tried to help and spoke to them but people at desk were unwilling to do anything. ******* said they had then emailed the hotel Manager and this may have helped. I have seen charges for three nights, and $110 charge dated 5/25, for what I don’t know, on my credit card.

The rules of your reservation are not ours at the hotel; unfortunately, they are the rules of the third party. However, I do empathize with having an unhappy teenager when the fish are not biting so I was very willing to speak with ******* on your behalf. Front desk staff are not permitted to make those decisions. The pending amount of $110 was an incidental hold which should be refunded to you by your bank. We never meant to make you feel punished and I apologize for that. Hopefully, your next trip to Chincoteague the fish are biting so that you may enjoy your stay here on our island.
