Clean hotel breakfast was great im pregnant so i missed the complimentary drink but overall it was a great stay to me the beds were a bit to firm but again im pregnant but the pillows was very soft amazing staff i highly recommend

The hotel room was dirty and outdated. There was mold in the shower, a dripping air vent with mold, stains on sheets, dirty floors and the best part…bugs! Around the halls and lobbies the trash cans were all overflowing and there was trash and food randomly on the floor. On a positive note, the breakfast was good!

I had to ask the front desk to clean our room and give us fresh towels. There was only one blanket for two beds. The blackout curtains didn’t close all the way.

The room was spotless and huge. The bathroom tub was a bit old and the door opens in a weird way so that it hits the toilet. Possibly consider changing that. The coffee maker was hard to use and while there were coffee pods, there was no creamer for the coffee. I couldn't figure out how to turn the coffee pot on -- there didn't seem to be a button or switch to turn it on.
Otherwise, great room with plenty of space.

The best part of my stay was being greeted in the morning at breakfast by Amina. She was kind and always had a smile. Breakfast was wonderful and the omlette station was a nice touch, and delicious!

酒店很大，价格很合理，房间也比较大，选的行政房。 早餐还可以，但是比较固定单一。离机场也比较方便。
整体来说，下次来北卡还会住这里
这是我见过最大的embassy suites酒店，设施完善，规模大，早饭是大陆早餐升级版，多了几个选择，就是人太多，摆放食物的地方偏小。入住当天有大型活动，有些吵闹，停车场满满的。房间比普通酒店大一些，但没有预期的大。
房间非常干净，客房服务和早餐都很棒。强烈推荐，下次还会再来。
房间很脏，需要翻新。房间里有股难闻的气味。
