I stayed in room 733. The room was lovely and spacious. However, the air conditioning was very noisy because the filter hadn’t been changed in five months. So I didn’t sleep well because I heard a high pitched noise from the filter all night.

It would have been a full 5 stars if it weren’t for the rude front desk attendant guy who didn’t give me ANY information about parking, direction to my room or anything. Very RUDE and short. Other than him everything was GREAT! Would like it even more if they served turkey breakfast options instead of all pork as well.

Front ofc. Staff need training, to smile as if they mean it. To look the guest in the eye when communicating. Most importantly to not make the guest feel like they are not welcome. to the front I’m a Dir. at a Resort and have received better service from the Holiday Inn. On another note the Room Service Staff are amazing and welcoming. Maybe they are the ones that could train Front office staff.

The property is awesome. Very clean in a quiet location, with great amenities. The rooms were really nice and well equipped. My only concern was the bed was not comfortable. It seems stiff and not soft. I had a hard time getting comfortable. Everything else was wonderful. The breakfast was great. Good place to stay.

Location was perfect, nice and quiet. Great parking space, although you have to pay to park, which I didn’t really like. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from and good quality. Would stay there again.

The room wasnt properly vaccumed/cleaned after the previous guest checked out. One of the receptionist was too lazy to check if I can have a extended checkout. Sge just gave the standard answer. I approached another receptionist within 30 mins and he was helpful and helped with my extended checkout request
酒店很大，价格很合理，房间也比较大，选的行政房。 早餐还可以，但是比较固定单一。离机场也比较方便。
整体来说，下次来北卡还会住这里
这是我见过最大的embassy suites酒店，设施完善，规模大，早饭是大陆早餐升级版，多了几个选择，就是人太多，摆放食物的地方偏小。入住当天有大型活动，有些吵闹，停车场满满的。房间比普通酒店大一些，但没有预期的大。
房间非常干净，客房服务和早餐都很棒。强烈推荐，下次还会再来。
房间很脏，需要翻新。房间里有股难闻的气味。
