Very good location. Clean room. Breakfast was excellent. We try to stay here once a year for a family reunion. We've visited several years now.

Great but with a hiccup.
Entire stay was great with the exception of the breakfast. We were greeted by very pleasant staff and an exceptionally clean and comfortable room. The clean gym facility had everything I needed to get my day started. Only hiccup was the breakfast as service was delayed (1.5-2hr) (which I believe was due to a staffing issue). The staff working did what they could to get the coffee and food going. The circumstances behind the delay is not truly known and everything else was great. I would stay again.

The breakfast had no pancakes and no orange juice or apple juice they all just said out of order.

Not the usual good experience
We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express slot of the years. Overall we have been pleased. This visit had a couple hiccups that just made it less than the best experience for us like clogged toilet and missing bedding.

Good Stay
It was good. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. There was only 3 in the room for my 4 person family. I also had to go to the counter to get more towels for the pool area. The front desk needs a bell as it took the staff a bit to come out. She might have been busy.

I'm 62 yea4s ild asked to be on the first floor they placed me on the 3rd floor with a broken elevator had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage also was told they had to charge me a extra so called convenience fee or i could not check in after i paid in full also asked about my IHG rewards the girl at the counter said never heard of it??? Are you serious ??
