酒店回复: Thank you for your response as we take our guests concerns seriously. I pulled the listing online just to verify and you are correct it didn't state that some of the amenities were not available. I sincerely apologize and have since rectified that. It did state the renovation and breakfast for a fee. All Courtyards have the Bistro which is open daily for breakfast and dinner. It is a cook to order pay off the menu. I would like to know more regarding the staff interaction so that I am able to correct any behavior that needs to be addressed. Thank you for your review as I was able to address a couple items that needed adjusted on this 3rd party website.

Marriot does not offer housekeeping. No clean towels, no bed made or trash emptied and no explanations. Apparently they want me to go back to Hilton which does all of the above and on a regular basis.

对这家酒店很失望,没有达到万豪的标志,也没有达到 ******* 的水平。酒店大堂正在大规模施工,没有设施,预订时也未披露。游泳池、健身房和水疗中心不可用。没有提供酒店清单中描述的早餐。前台工作人员不礼貌也不专业。
