They put us in the basement with a window that faced a concrete retaining wall, for the parking lot. The room had an obvious leak behind the wall in the bathroom. We could tell there was a leak because of the musty damp smell upon opening the door to the room that became worse as you approached the toilet. The room was clean and spacious however, it did not have a microwave. Breakfast is not complimentary, nothing is except the cookie you receive when checking in if your not a HILTON honors reward member. They are also very strict and directly by the book, as we needed to adjust the days we booked and was unable to so… all in all I have paid the same… or less for a better stay and the complimentary breakfast included elsewhere. Then again I can only speak on MY experience here.

The bathtub was not clean and when I called the front desk I asked them could somebody would clean it and no one came. I called again and still no one showed up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay. Up-charge of $12 / day for parking is the reason for four stars rather than five. Hidden costs given the advertised price are ridiculous. Still, overall, nice place and staff was courteous and helpful.

It was an overnight stay, but everyone from the check in to the bartender, down to the other guests were all very friendly. I may have a new favorite hotel!

Failed with the shuttle
So main perk was free shuttle from airport. Call the number given online tell them I need a shuttle it comes out. Takes me to the wrong property. Front desk guy says they'll shuttle me back to airport. Ok cool well let me get the number of the correct property. He gives me the same number I originally called. So decided to take an uber instead. If the same number is for all 4 properties then they should ask for which one do you need the shuttle for. Then when it's time to check out need a shuttle but it's before 7 am so they don't have one at that time. Waited 30 mins for an uber. So that was annoying. Besides that the room was big and comfortable. Nice, clean hotel. That's it, nothing special about it.

离机场比我想象的要远。好像有机场班车,但从机场打车好像比较难。夏洛特地区有三家双树酒店,所以我等了一会儿,但酒店的班车一直没来,最后我打了出租车,花了40美元(含小费)。我觉得住得离机场近点可能更好,即使贵点。
