Don’t let the nice pictures on the website fool you. This place is an absolute dump. Unless you don’t mind staying somewhere utterly filthy and so loud that you can get no rest whatsoever, don’t stay here! Someone used a knife and just stuck it back in the drawer without washing it. The towels were stained and had someone else’s hair in them. It looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were suspicious stains on the wall. Loud music was booming until past midnight. We paid for four nights but we left after one to find somewhere that was actually clean and quiet.

From the night and morning shuttle drivers, to the woman at check in the night of 4/14 to the woman at front desk in the morning at check out! Just the kind of nice that’s not often at other hotels at all. Genuine banter. I saved the hotels address so that if I’m ever back in Charlotte I’d stay here. Close to the airport the room was like a fully furnished apartments. No complaints at all.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel was located close to great places to eat. The breakfast was good and the servers were friendly. I would stay here again.
