Wifi was not working when I arrived on 11/30/25. Coffee machine lid in room was broken off. Heater had to be turned up to 79 just to warm the room.

This place was great! The only problem was the escalator was broken so we had to use the elevators which was highly inconvenient since there was a tournament in the hotel. Otherwise it was pretty great:)

Nothing negative to say; our son goes to UNC-Charlotte and this a great place to stay(we are from out of state) that is convenient and has a lovely staff.
很不错 早餐也很好 吃得很舒服 房间很干净 看出去风景不错呢，旁边有一个公园可以直接走出去，还有商业街 餐厅 很多很nice
这是一间外观看起来不错的酒店，位置很好，出门找歺厅很方便，但是房间的味道实在是太让人窒息了，窗外的设备声音很大，如同飞行的噪音….. 总而言之平台不要再把它推给我啦！
我太需要这个周末了！！从入住到退房，一切都顺利得不可思议！没有隐藏费用，也没有什么套路。整个过程都很轻松！我很快会再来的。
酒店设施太老了，地理位置还可以。
我住的楼层制冰机坏了。电梯只到我所在的楼层，所以没法去其他楼层。熨斗也坏了（碎成了好几块），真不知道为什么会被留在房间里。我要求更换熨斗，但一直没收到。第二天早上我去餐厅喝咖啡，餐厅的女服务员态度很差地告诉我，咖啡通常只供餐厅内的客人享用。
由于酒店到处喷洒的消毒喷雾气味太浓，我哮喘发作，只住了30分钟就不得不离开！我甚至都无法走到前台，我在酒店App上多次留言，却始终无人回复。凌晨3点，我终于打电话过去，请求他们帮我办理退房手续，并解释了情况。他们却让我通过预订App申请退款，但他们说无法退款，而我根本没要求退款，我只是希望他们能考虑到这些高浓度气雾剂喷雾的健康隐患，以及它们对某些人的危害。我以后绝不会再入住这家酒店，我非常失望，因为我通常都很喜欢希尔顿酒店的住宿体验。你们需要的是真正关心客人的员工，以及能够移除这些刺激性化学物质，并替换成更安全、更环保的替代品。
我希望他们能打扫房间，而不是仅仅整理床铺。不过这家酒店还不错，员工也很友好。不过，对于我这种没有日本旅行经验的人来说，酒店里的星巴克有点难找……
