Location of hotel was good, but the bathroom of room 302 smelled like sewage. There was no bathroom fan, as well. One of the queen beds was creaky and not supported on one side of the bed (i.e., springs worn out). We did enjoy the breakfast service and food.

Great location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and continually refilled- we have stayed at other places with free breakfast and had to get there super early or risk no food left and that was not the case here. Eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, English muffins and plenty of everything. Staff continually filled and cleaned throughout the morning. They also had grab and go bags if you are in a rush. Pool was clean and good size to splash around with a family. Hotel was a little outdated but the breakfast, pool, friendly staff, cleanliness and location completely win over a little outdated decor. Great stay and we will def be back!

Convenient, excellent staff. Clean. However when leaving leaving room for a funeral I was asked by one staff member if I needed any housekeeping one morning and I mentioned some fresh towels and they left the old towels on the floor and never replaced them.

The only downside...bathroom light was really dim, made it hard to put on makeup. But it was ok

Clean, comfortable, with excellent customer service!
My husband and I stayed here after a trip to Busch Gardens. The location was convenient and room was perfect for an overnight stay.
Greg was so helpful and friendly. He greeted us cheerfully and checked us in. He told us about the rewards program and offered us our first perk as members - a cold bottle of water and a snack bag. This was just what we needed instead of a heavy meal.
We would definitely return.

The staff at the front desk is phenomenal. However, housekeeping left our door unlocked after putting towels in the room. We were at Busch Gardens all day and came back to an unlocked door propped open with the latch. This is unacceptable. Fortunately, nothing was stolen.

Never again
Worst experience! Paid for a certain room didn’t get it. Talked to front desk told me they shut down the 3rd floor told I can wait till the next day and maybe will have a room. Went to use the bathroom and it was dirty! Had to switch rooms new room had no hot water, no phone, dirty sheets and smelled of urine. Would not be back to this location had to find a new hotel.

Everything was mediocre at best. The location was the best part as a lot of things were nearby. Our AC went out in one rooms we booked. The second room booked in the reservation smelled of cat pee and they wouldn't accommodate a room change. The pool was mildewy and the ADA compliant chair lift was about rusted all the way through. Wouldn't trust it with my pinky toe. Breakfast was okay but not the greatest, y'all really need at least two people to assist with breakfast, not just one attendant.
