Clean room. Staff was really nice. The room was musty. Bed comfortable. Breakfast ok. Good location.

The person on the 4th floor was walking loudly almost felt like she/he was stomping their feet... but I thinkthe hotel is made cheaply and I could also hear her/ he talk on phone so I turned the tv on..The stomping stopped after 11 pm when she or he finally went to bed..

Location was good, check-in was easy. We stayed because my wife was having surgery at 6 AM the following day. The walls were thin, and our 'neighbor' blasted his TV - preventing sleep. Called the front desk, and the unwelcomed noise stopped within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience (and the surgery went well)!

The customer service was very welcoming. They moved me to another room to satisfy my needs with no problem. The king suite was so clean. Smelled new and the bedding was comfy. Shopping is not far at all. Burlington is next door. I was able to purchase last minute supplies for the wedding. Everyone was exceptional. If anyone visits the Carolina’s residents and doesn’t fall in love with them, needs to go back home. Charlotte was beautiful, just like their people. Thank you for your hospitality and patience with my stressful situation. Love y’all!!
