Customer service 10/10! We booked this hotel bc it was close to the Spectrum Center. My parents also booked here and we enjoyed it. Breakfast wasn’t free but it was affordable.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress had no spring of any kind. Hubby has had two back surgeries and neither of us slept. Stayed in the same hotel in August and didn’t have this problem.

入住体验很差。空调整晚都响，而且坏了。我们入住的时候，前台大肆宣扬免费早餐。今天早上（他们开门晚了30分钟），早餐的女士们聊完天翻了个白眼，告诉我们没有免费早餐。然后她们把缺货的都告诉我们了，菜单上只有一半的菜品缺货。以后不会再住这里了。价格太贵，员工也很粗鲁。
由于火警警报响了，我们不得不三次离开大楼。由于蟑螂太多，我们不得不被换到其他房间！我以后再也不住这家酒店了，以后也永远不会再住！
别抱太大希望。

组织安排太差，需要时刻保持警惕。我们被安排到了别人的房间，却被收取了第二间房的费用。
