Just a one night stay I’ve been at this hotel before and it’s fine. Too cool to use the outdoor pool so I don’t know if it’s good or not. Check in was easy and clerk at the desk was nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

A great stay!
Upon arrival at the airport I was picked up by the friendly driver Ayauna! She was also the same driver that took me to where I was speaking the following day. The hotel is very clean and the bar was kind enough to take my order for a grilled cheese for dinner. Saturday night there were children running LATE into the evening on the 5th floor and the front desk promptly moved my room after the children continued running in the hallway after 10pm. I would stay here again, the staff is truly lovely.

Can use some up-grades in bed linen and cleanlines
The beds sleep good they can use some new sheets and Dual for what its worth. I always bring my own sheets. The bathroom toilet needed cleaning thoroughly. Not a half azz job.I had clorox wipes and sanitizing spray. The refrigerator was not working also staff needs to check to see if these items work. Staff needs to constantly check on all appliances to make sure they working. Thank you

为了赶飞机离机场近换的这家酒店，前一天晚上再三确认第二天早上5点需要去机场，前台说肯定可以，已经安排了，但第二天早上5点到了前台，司机不在，前台说她也不知道司机在哪儿，说她再联系司机，只发信息不打电话，等了很久也没有消息，很无语，只能自己约了个Uber的车去机场，一点儿歉意都没有！酒店周边啥都没有～
服务热情周到
感染新冠后，酒店对我们非常照顾，表示理解。每天早上都能顺利拿到早餐。
这家酒店靠近机场，位于达勒姆和罗利之间，但位置有点偏僻。房间宽敞舒适，配有一台不错的咖啡机。就这个价格来说，应该包含早餐。步行范围内没有地方；所有地方都必须开车前往，所以我认为把早餐包含在房费里很重要。
我母亲节那天给妈妈租了房间。她从另一个州开车过来，入住时已经很晚了。她掀开被子，发现床上有一个马尾辫夹。太恶心了！第二天早上我打电话给经理，她说她正在上楼去看，但我妈妈还没睡，我也不想在母亲节早上吵醒她。经理说她会退还给*******，至于是否退款，这取决于他们，因为我是通过他们预订的。房间价格是223美元，我很不满意。我没有看到*******退款的证据，也没有收到退款。
酒店已取消了6月24日的预订，并改至前一周。请退还今晚的房费。
