The hotel is dated and is in need of a full upgrade and renovation. I expected a “real” buffet breakfast but only got watered down coffee and packaged, overly sweet muffins. The main reasons, I booked this hotel was location, free buffet breakfast and the gym. The gym was HORRIBLE, it should have been closed for the mildew and mold. Clearly, this hotel needs a lot of work. I gave a 3 stars because the staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Hotel could use some updates. Some things that need to be replaced have simply been repaired but it's clear that the repairs should be temporary but no indication of permanent repair/replacement (carpet in halls, bath floor, etc). The mattresses also need to be replaced.

这是我们利奇堡之行住过的第四家酒店，也是最糟糕的一家。☹️
我们本来抱有很高期望，但这家酒店从上到下都弥漫着一股陈旧发霉的味道。我们尽可能地减少待在酒店里的时间，因为我们非常担心霉味（我可是走遍亚洲的人，所以我的忍耐力已经算很高了）。一部电梯坏了，另一部能用的也摇摇晃晃，感觉随时会出问题。
酒店里的一切都让人感觉不到丝毫的新鲜或洁净——所有东西都显得老旧且用过的痕迹明显。淋浴也是时好时坏。说实话，我们不停地把在利奇堡格兰德酒店的体验和我们之前在利奇堡住过的一家汽车旅馆做比较。感觉我们花了汽车旅馆三倍的价钱，却只得到了汽车旅馆级别的体验。
上次来利奇堡我们住的是假日酒店，现在真后悔没有再选择那里。如果可以的话，请选择其他住处吧，这个地方不值得你花钱，也不像传闻中那么好。
这家酒店地理位置绝佳。房间很大，床也很大，浴室大小适中。
但这是一家老酒店，没有得到很好的维护和翻新。地毯又旧又脏，洗澡很不方便，因为水会溅出浴缸。浴室天花板有潮湿的霉斑，电梯也不干净。房间是隔天打扫一次。房卡也不是很好用。早餐还行，但非常简单，所有餐具都是一次性的，桌子上也没有桌布。很可惜，因为它本来可以成为一家很棒的酒店。
总的来说，这是一家比较老的酒店，但看起来保养得不错，走廊的地毯干净整洁。不过，进房间是个麻烦事，每次都得把房卡插好几次才能亮绿灯进去。淋浴热水每次都要等10-15分钟才能热起来。我预订的是一张特大号床，结果却被安排到了一间有两张双人床的房间。他们说所有特大号床都订满了。我给他们看了我预订特大号床的确认信息，但他们还是说没有特大号床了，他们也无能为力。不过价格倒是很合理。
大堂有异味。走廊地毯很旧。早餐没什么真材实料。床又小又差。晚上前台没人。整个地方看起来又黑又脏。
